I saw u went to talking dead & I was there tonight. It was so awkward. kirkman was trying to be nice to emily and she was not happy. The whole show was weird. I know someone who works on the show and she was not at the beginning because she was so upset she did not want to be there but she was contractually obligated.
I don’t really want to rewatch TD but this makes sense. It WAS awkward. I understand doing things for shock value but damn. I got the sense the whole cast might have been shocked about where the writers were going too. It just seemed… Forced?
Wow. And good. I hope Kirkman was out of his skin and embarrassed the entire night.
I had this feeling she didn’t want to come on air, like she put it off until the last moment.
It was awful watching her cry because you just knew she was forced out there.
