These are all Easter Eggs, these are all foreshadowing events that have or have not happened (YET)in TWD universe.

Now, I’m trying to collect all of my thoughts about all of this but you guys, for those of you who still aren’t on the Beth Greene Not Dead Delusional Squad ~ you gotta admit there’s some next level shit being thrown at us.

RIDDLE ME THE FUCK THIS:

Why would they have set everything up so perfectly for so long to just throw it all away in one shitty episode, why would the writers, show runners all say they loved Beth, that we would love Beth’s ‘Journey’. Why would they say they were playing with time, that this season would mess with us, that they would be doing something unexpected. I do not believe for a second this episode (pictured above) with MORGAN, and all of his crazy ramblings was put there for no reason. This has significance to MORGAN’S Storyline.  AND WHY give Beth very similar scars to Comic!Andrea? 

This season is all about religious imagery, we are literally slapped in the face with it every chance they get. We have been calling the Beth/Messiah/Sacrifical trope the entire time. The clocks, the clocks, the fricking clocks. Time, TIME. RELIGION, TIME. I know plenty of other people who are way better at explaining can go into the significance of those two things. All I’m saying is DON’T GIVE UP THAT BETH GREENE IS STILL ALIVE. 

I seriously am not one to just believe for the sake of not wanting to let something freaking go, but so many of you guys are people I look up to, You’re smart, clever, and fucking sharp as hell and when I’ve seen your metas and seen how you’ve combed throw every episode and all signs were pointing one direction and then all of a sudden it takes a complete 180. You gotta stop and think that there is something HELLA fishy goin’ on here. How nothing makes sense anymore, how none of their easter eggs makes sense, how all of a sudden they’re not interested in writing for Beth anymore. How not a single person, not Kirkman and not Gimple have shut down any of our theories, how none of them had a single thing to say about the back lash from respected reviewers online. But fans, not just Beth fans, but Carylers, Casual viewers, etc are all in arms about how this is one of the WORST WD episodes of all time. How people have seen EK at the set when they were building ASZ. How people have heard in person an in interviews from both NR and AL that their fav eps are 9 & 10~ which goes along with so many resurrection theories. 

THIS ISN’T ABOUT BETHYL. I don’t even fucking care about that (lies) What I care about are characters story arcs left unfinished. How they spent so much time intertwining Beth & Daryl’s unlikely friendship (maybe more) How they said he would find romance this season. (maybe it is Carol, maybe I am delusional) My freaking point is, they have woven his story in so tightly with hers that seriously killing her like this is the most lazy thing any writer could ever do. This doesn’t push anything forward, THIS DOESN’T MOVE THE PLOT ALONG AT ALL. This doesn’t give Daryl a more interesting storyline-this doesn’t change him as a person. Daryl shut’s down when things like this happen. Maggie has lost EVERYONE. This isn’t going to move her forward. This doesn’t make Rick want to go back to following his moral compass. However, Beth coming back surely does make for an epic surprise and allows for an ever more compelling story. 

All I have to say is either, these writers are the most idiotic group of asshats of all time or they are the most clever pieces of shit in the industry. Who the hell knows. But if they somehow pull this off I will personally repent and publicly shame myself for ever saying anything bad about these guys.

BUT THERE IS A CONSPIRACY AMIDST HERE AND I CANNOT LET IT GO.
